Fanaka real estate ltd a leading provider of affordable residential, commercial and speculative land was awarded the best mid-tier land company in the use of tech solutions during the 3rd edition of the Digital Tech Excellence.
The award was an improvement from the one held last year where the company was named 2nd runners-up, the best land agent in the adoption of digital solutions. This award, formally digital inclusion award, is meant to recognize brands that have successfully adopted the use of technological solutions to enable them to serve their clients more effectively and conveniently.
Speaking after the wards, the company CEO Mr. Moses Muriithi noted:
“It is a great improvement on our side since last year we were first runners up but this year we were able to emerge as winners. And the fact that we were listed in the same category as other bigger firms shows that we are also finally among the biggest real estate firms in the country, and we shall continue with the progress to ensure we are the leading real estate providers in the country. The digital tech excellence award is the second award the company is winning this year after having been award the best mid-level land selling company in the 2nd Annual Real Estate Excellence awards held at Movenpick Hotel, Nairobi on August 16.
In adopting technology, the company looks to have a competitive advantage in the market by anticipating and providing affordable residential, commercial and speculative pieces of land in satellite towns around the capital city, Nairobi.

“We have incorporated various tech solutions in our daily operations to enhance efficiency, which includes the use of an internal computer system, and a mobile-based application to aid our clients to know and track the progress of their installments and documentation. We have also ensured our website and social media platforms are a shop of their own. We still have bigger plans to ensure our technology continues aiding us in efficiency, speed and reliability”
The company has done several projects along kangundo road, which continue to experience a boom with a number of middle-class city dwellers putting up both residential and commercial buildings. Others eyeing a piece of this prime area are Sacco’s and real estate developers putting up huge gated communities along the highway.
In the past, the company has sold and disbursed more than 1500 titles to clients all these in satellite towns along kangundo road: Ruai, kamulu, Joska, Malaa, Kantafu, and Koma area among others. Current properties now include:
