This accolade marks a significant improvement from last year when the company was named the second runners-up for the best land agent in the adoption of digital solutions.
This award, formerly known as the Digital Inclusion Award, recognizes brands that have successfully adopted technological solutions to serve their clients more effectively and conveniently.
Recognition and Progress
Speaking after the awards, the company CEO, Mr. Moses Muriithi, noted:
"It is a great improvement on our side since last year we were first runners-up but this year we were able to emerge as winners. Key Projects
Fanaka Real Estate has undertaken several projects along Kangundo Road, which is experiencing a boom with middle-class city dwellers establishing both residential and commercial buildings. Saccos and real estate developers are also investing in this prime area, putting up large gated communities along the highway.
